Quang Thanh Phan was born in 1978 in Thua Thien Hue. In 2007 he completed his Bachelor of Fine Arts at the Hue College of Arts and in 2012 his Master of Fine Arts Program in Visual Arts at the Mahasarakham University. He is now a lecturer of Sculpture at the Hue College of Arts.
