During his time in that role, his work was displayed at furniture fairs in Italy, the United Arab Emirates, Spain, Russia, and Canada, among other places. In the 90s, when he shifted over to painting, he worked rst with materials such as stone and enamel, later combining what he had learned with what he knew of design.
Today, Danilo is recognized for the quality and style of his works. He draws in uence from Vasarely as well as the Pop movement, incorporating distinctive shapes and playing with the concept of opera in his paintings. Although his work may at a glance seem simple, given the uniformity of its color, it is actually quite nuanced. He paints in a way that is mathematically precise, building complexity and three-dimensional compositions into visual narratives.
Danilo is ercely analytical, and yet at the same time, he never fails to put his creativity on display for the world to see. Born to give structure to the abstract, he is always expressing something beautiful in his work, something that can be understood readily and yet felt only with time and patience.
